Cathach is from the European Folklore Beastiary for Chivalry and Sorcery Role Playing Game by Steve Turner.

Cathach is one of three mythical dragons of Ireland. Her siblings were slain by three heroes in antiquity but Cathach remains. According to legend, she was banished by Saint Senan to Sliab Collain in the estuary of the River Shannon. Although she has not been
seen since, she may yet return to cause trouble.

Cathach is a horrible sight, as big as a house. She has a head like a crocodile, capable of swallowing a man or a horse whole. A coarse mane of stiff hair runs along her back. She walks on two thick, scaly legs, with a long flexible tail dragging behind her. Her tail is armed with cruel spikes and ends in a powerful fluke like that of a whale. She can move on land and sea with equal ease, and the water boils around her.
